Thanks, September...

For being cooler than August
For bringing all things pumpkin spice
For being the month when I get to celebrate my dad's birthday
For all the cats in our lives -- those at home and the strays of the city -- who make our days funnier and fuzzier
For good music --  I got to see Gungor and Pierce Pettis this month. Both shows were fantastic concerts that made me smile more than I can remember smiling at a show.
For apple-pie-flavored English muffins.
For all the coffee
For all the busyness and the classes and the meetings and the planning
For being only 30 days, because all that busyness has made me tired!
For bringing us fall.
