Fun with Scarves
I can't believe I missed out on this for boho spring break, but, you guys, did you know you can tie a scarf into a vest? It's so easy, I'm not posting steps, just links to other people who have already posted the steps: Here, and Here.
This is perfect for layering when I don't want to be too hot.
You can also do the classic shawl/cardigan technique by wrapping the scarf around your shoulders, tying the two front ends in a knot behind your back, and wearing it like a cardigan.
But my new favorite is one of my own invention, but it only works with enormous scarves like the one in the top picture. Basically, you drape the short end of the scarf over your shoulders, then fold the long, hanging part of the scarf back up and tie it around the drapey pieces. That didn't make much sense, did it? Well, here are a couple of handy animated gifs for you, also featuring Molly Cat:

You were always creative! I still can't get used to the straight hair, though! You'd have to be skinny for your scarf vest to work, but it is a great idea! Love you, Christine! Kay Medford-Kammerdiener
