Friday Extras: Enjoying & Watching this week

This week, I've had a little extra spring time without class to go to.

I've been enjoying:

• The dinosaurs at the Perot Museum
• Time with friends and family
• Sleeping in a little more while I keep trying to adjust to the time change
• Finally getting into Jonathan Strange and Mr. Norrell
• Extra cat-cuddle time
• New glasses and new hair (I probably mention the new hair cut too often, but at this point, I've been able to see how it works straight, curly, and in-between, and I'm quite pleased. What I have is a slightly longer version of the trendy "lob" cut, and if you need someone who knows how to do it well in Dallas, ask for Jamie at Ulta on Park Ln. and she'll set you up.)

(BTW: Taking Selfies is harder than it looks! I don't have a smartphone, so I don't do it often. I took these with my Kindle. I'm not saying it's rocket science, but I have a new-found respect for all you selfie-takers out there because it took me a while to get even decent ones.)
