The summer trends are all about these comfy outfits that feel like pajamas. And I think you can get away with wearing them to work, at least on casual Fridays.  Know how?

Heels.

Heels are the secret.

Once I was wearing almost this exact outfit (with long sleeves) and someone asked me why I was so dressed up. Behold -- the magic of heels!

Later, I changed into flat sandals and I still liked the outfit, but the heels make these bohemian-printed, draw-string/elastic-waisted, super-soft pants seem fancy.

And here's something new for the blog. I never got into the habit of providing links for my outfits because for a whole year I was wearing old clothes and there were no links for those pieces. I still wear a lot of old clothes, but for the sake of the new ones and anyone who wants to find new versions of the old items, here are my very official, fashion-bloggery outfit credits and links:
